Orka Marketing ("Orka," "we," "us") operates orkamarketing.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — when you book a call, fill out a form, start a chat, make a purchase, or email us: name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you include in your message. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor, not stored by us.
- Information collected automatically — standard log and device data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL) and cookie data as described below.
- Client engagement data — if you become a client, we collect the business information needed to deliver services (e.g., Google Business Profile details, website content, call tracking and lead data generated by your campaigns).
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and provide our services;
- To process payments, send invoices, and manage accounts;
- To send service updates and, with your consent, marketing communications (you can opt out any time);
- To operate, secure, and improve our website;
- To comply with legal obligations.
Text messaging: if you provide your phone number, we may text you about your inquiry or services. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for: essential site functionality (serving the site securely via Cloudflare), embedded tools (our booking calendar and chat widget, provided by HighLevel/LeadConnector, set their own cookies when loaded), and basic analytics. The cookie banner lets you choose "Essentials only" or "Accept all"; your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it by clearing site data.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under their own privacy obligations:
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
- Google (Workspace email, Fonts, Business Profile tools)
- HighLevel / LeadConnector (CRM, booking, chat, SMS, and email tools)
- Mailgun (transactional email delivery)
- Our payment processor (checkout and billing)
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above — typically the duration of our relationship plus the period required for legal, accounting, and tax purposes — then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these, email tyson@orkamarketing.com — we'll respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version; material changes will be noted on this page.
